Work schedule...

So, I am going to be the "project leader" for one of the projects we have at HitoSoft, this one is for the website for the "Colegio de Psicologos" (I don't remember if I already said this, so spare me if I did :P), and because of that I have to design how it will be done, what will it have, what we need for it to work, and some other things that I'll probably learn tomorrow when I finish writing the first part :P

I have been thinking all day how to build the site, what do we need, how should it work and how would I like it to look, so I can present it to the rest of the team tomorrow and assign the tasks that each will have to work, and put a deadline for our goals, there are many things that I didn't knew that I had to take into consideration before building a site from scratch, this is going to be fun.
