Bullshit...

I don't need to study anatomy to know that our bodies are full of bullshit, the day before yesterday I slept like 8 hours or more and when I woke up I was still tired, yesterday I slept not more than 4 and I even woke up a few minutes before my alarm went on, and today I felt fine.

I slept on the same couch, the temperature wasn't that different, I haven't done anything different as to feel something different, nor have I been overworking myself that much, at best I have been slacking a little more playing video games.

And this isn't the first time this happens, it does all the time, I feel more rested when I only sleep between 5 and 6 hours, and even less sometimes, anything more and I don't don't feel that good. Or taking a nap, I can't take them, more often than not, they tire me more or I wake up all cranky and with a headache.

Conclusion, our bodies are full of bullshit... or at least mine :P
