Today I watched a video-conference of web development organized by various websites of Latin America, it was transmitted from Santiago de Chile and it was pretty awesome, and not only did I like it, I was all excited for the things I learned from it, I made a list of the things that I want to learn for my next projects and some that I want to implement to the ones I am right now.
Also, I learned about this little software by the name of Prey, an anti-theft software that I didn't know about, it is free and looks awesome, I would recommend downloading it. One of the topics was from the creator of this software and all the things that happened since he started to involve in the world of programming (he studied journalism) till now, it was pretty interesting.
Not only did they speak of web development, but business and project management too. I wasn't expecting that much, it was pretty damn good, the only turn down was that my internet connection started to fail in one of the presentations and I watched only like half of it :(
Glad you like that stuff man! Sucks about the internet connection, mine has been really flaky lately too.
