After moving with my parents I started to exercise again, and after so much time without doing it I feel like my body is going to fall in pieces, I didn't knew I was this out of shape, I mean, I know that I've never been fit but at least I have always had good health, but since last year I have been slacking so much I had to change this now before it's to late.
I have had my periods of working out extensively, specially while on vacations, and most of the times I stopped when I got back to school, but this time it's different, I don't want to feel so damn tired or weak again, thats why I started to workout.
And since I don't have any picture right now I'll post this instead :P
i dont do well with exercising....the best way to keep in shape for me is to be active, rather than designing a time to exercise....like walking to school rather than taking the bus and so forth

yeah, I haven't had serious exercise in a long time :( (Since we left milwaukee). I miss it haha And lol wow that video was kinda disturbing
